Yin Yoga

A meditative, slow paced style of yoga with long held passive postures designed to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissues while mobilizing and strengthening our joints, ligaments and deep fascial networks. Accessible to anyone. The perfect balance to our fast paced lives. 

Yoga Nidra

Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation practice that is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness that allows you to relax, recharge and rejuvenate. Many health benefits to this practice. 

Athletic Recovery

 Aiding in performance and recovery, while improving range of motion. Yoga is the perfect cross-training method for athletes of all sports. Helping athletes develop better breathing techniques while it improves balance, flexibility, core strength, and even endurance.

Private Sessions

Taking  your personal fitness ability, stress level, injuries, specific concerns and personal goals. Learn proper technique, modifications, and subtle alignment adjustments that will help you create a foundation and understanding of yoga that will ultimately develop a stronger, safer yoga practice.

Virtual Sessions

Practice from the comfort of your home or location of your choice. Virtual solo or group sessions offered via Zoom. Sessions are booked by appointment and are designed to any level of yoga practitioner using various styles including, Yin, Restorative and Nidra Meditation.
